Soliciting Feedback from Students or Parents?

Google Forms can collect and organized survey feedback from students and parents with relatively little effort on your part. You create the survey with the question formats you wish, send out the link to your respondents, and Google Sheets organizes the rest.

2.  Send form to your respondents (Need student or parent e-mails? Infinite Campus has them ready to go.)
3. Choose a response destination. (The default location is a new spreadsheet titled the same as your form with (responses) added to its name. If you want to select another location, look here.
